1. Vacuum electroplated mirror glass laminated glass

The principle is to use vacuum evaporation technology to evaporate metal materials into gas, and then deposit a thin film on the glass surface. This process needs to be carried out in a vacuum environment to avoid interference from oxygen and water vapor. In the vacuum chamber, the metal material is heated to a high temperature to evaporate into a gas, and then the metal film is evenly deposited on the glass surface by controlling the deposition speed and time.
The resulting glass product is then rapidly cooled or chemically tempered. It has good mechanical properties and thermal shock resistance.
After the original glass is heat-treated in a tempering furnace, the structural properties are improved, increasing its strength by 3 to 5 times, and it can withstand external impacts of a certain amount of energy or temperature changes without breaking. Even if it is broken, the whole piece of glass is broken into small obtuse-angled particles similar to honeycombs, which are not easy to hurt people, so it has a certain degree of safety.

2. Capacitor touch sensor

In order to use non-conductive glass, it is so that the capacitor signal touching the finger can reach the sensor through the glass. Considering the environment in which the bathroom mirror is used, this sensor must also not be affected by water.

3. Electrical components

4. Frame material

Mainly stainless steel plates and aluminum alloy profiles, stainless steel plates can be electroplated with titanium plates, rose gold, titanium black, titanium silver, and can be made into metal brushed surfaces. The aluminum alloy frame can be made of titanium plate, rose gold, titanium black, titanium silver, black sand texture, or brushed metal surface.

5. Bright LED light strips

Choose high-brightness LED lights with 120-bead waterproof sleeves. Advantages: the lighting effect is more uniform, the color is higher, and the output power of one meter of LED light strips is about 10 watts. Compared with the bare board LED light strips currently used in the market, it is more waterproof and waterproof, extending the service life.
